Request for IP Check and Investigation - Page 2 - About the Forums

Sorry if I'm not understanding the precedent right. Pageh656 was just a recent case in memory that I knew of. We don't get many trolls in the low stakes tournament forums, so I'm not sure how all the rules work in regards to how they are handled. Clarification on multiple accounts after being permanently banned would be cool as well.

Short answer... imo, these things are handled on a case by case basis...
