And therefore worthy of a 7 day ban.

In the POG thread entitled "Things that annoy you", is linking to a picture from South Park as a cultural reference considered racist?

Well it got me a 7 day ban for some reason, i'm going to assume the mod who saw the picture had not seen the show. By the way, the answer to the Wheel of Fortune question was naggers, so I guess thinking it was racist says a lot more about you than me because I sure didn't.

With out knowledge of your situation ( or frankly giving 2 **** s about it) there is procedure regardless.

Yes and the procedure involves me being branded a racist and having my image tarnished then having no come back on the matter.
The situation was exactly as explained down to the letter.

He got pm'd soon as I found out, don't worry about that. This is a general question about whether what I posted was racist or not. Because I don't appreciate being labelled as a racist or having that hanging over me as my image is important given my employer.
I appreciate you also making assumptions though, one thing i've found mods love to do.

Accusation of mod bias? Where?

Accusation of mod assumption. But it was nice of you to make another assumption over what I was saying. Backs up my previous comment perfectly.

Dont put words into my mouth, like calling me racist or saying I think mods are biased.

That's the whole point.
