Hi wrr1986, gtpitch PMed me to let me know you were looking for a way to get in touch with me and linked me to this thread.
I've reviewed your situation and you don't have to worry about getting PMs turned on and all that good stuff so you can argue with me in a more appropriate venue, although I appreciate the fact that you're trying to take the commentary to PMs because that's usually the proper thing to do.
The reason you won't need PMs (at least for getting in touch with me) is I don't see any need to lift the ban.

That thread shows that we've been through all this before. I don't want to make any deals with you re a B&M Forum exile because there's no precedent for it and I don't see the benefit of making more work for the B&M mods, i.e., checking periodically to see if you posted in B&M and then banning you for it. Additionally, you already had the opportunity to impose a self-exile from B&M so that you could avoid warnings and infraction points for low-/no-content posts and trolling comments, but you chose not to do so. I see no reason to have to give that option to you post-ban when you had the option all along and made it explicit yourself, yet you chose not to take it.
As long as you take me at my word or review my other moderation actions, you'll see that I don't have any personal issues with you; if you were a poster by any other name, you would have received the same warnings, infractions, PM responses, tempban, and permaban.
My opinion is the permaban should remain, but I am biased because about 60% of the points you received came from mods in the B&M Forum, and the majority of those came from me. Obviously I am going to agree with my own moderation decisions unless I feel they were overly harsh upon review (which I do not in this instance).
The larger issue here that might be worth some discussion is how many chances does a user deserve before he/she is permanently banned for making the same mistake/violation/whatever you want to call it over and over again? The user in question received a LOT of small warnings and infractions and, in my opinion, had plenty of opportunities to either post better or stay away from the places where he knew he'd get himself into trouble. This was not a situation where he went on an out-of-character horse porn rampage for five minutes one time and was banned for that.
So, summarizing, I am not going to lift the ban on wrr1986, but obviously reds always have the power to overrule me if they feel that I have abused my discretion.
