I realize y'all are having fun with all this, but to return briefly to the topic at hand... shouldn't the sticky be edited some more to reflect the inability of new accounts to use PMs? At the moment it has MS's edit to the effect that one would have to e-mail him and ask that he forward the note to the relevant mod, but the rest of the sticky contains several more lines that make sense only if PMing the mod were possible (e.g., the discussion about e-mailing Matt, and how rare that should be, right below the edit that says that's what one should do...).
I suggest that a substantial rewrite is in order, perhaps in conjunction with a rethinking of just how acceptable it is to create a gimmick to question the banning — probably less than it used to be, because all communications now have to go through Matt. Perhaps a rule that only bannings of a certain minimum amount of time can be questioned at all, for example.

Please PM me with your suggested rewrite, and I'll be pleased to edit and publish, if it is acceptable.
