"Go to TOP" button - About the Forums - About Two Plus Two Forum

Who here would like the "Go to TOP" button option, where in case you're in middle of reading a few posts within a thread (especially those long threads with endless amounts of posts) - you can simply click on the "go to top" button next to quote or edit post buttons and zoom back up!

Would be kinda cool, no?

^^ I knew a mod would say this, but what if I don't feel like lifting my hand to search for the page up key? I mean what if I'm typing in the dark? Bad enough trying to find the numbered keys let alone finding a "page up" key!

A "Go to Top" button does exist for vbulletin boards, why not make good use of it?

on iPad I just have to tap the top bar. on my pc I just have to press home. on my MacBook I can press home or 3-finger-swipe up.

don't you give me another button for this!!

You really think a little extra button next to the other 3 is going to cause chaos or that much confusion? It can only benefit those who wish to use it, same as the quick reply button. Nothing more n' certainly nothing less.....

Also - I already have the "to top" add-on, on my firefox browser but I prefer using google chrome browser and the "to top" option didn't work well, so I had to remove it.

Anyway, think it over - it can't hurt to test it out!!

I'd forgotten about that bit of multitouch goodness, though for me it's 4 finger as I have mission control on 3 finger.
