I think it should be up to the mods of each forum. If there's a forum you post in and/or read that you think needs one, you should suggest that. If it's a forum you never post in or read, you should mind your own ****ing business.

I was coming back to edit my last post, but the time for editing is gone so I have to do a new one.

Getting cursed at with no indication it was in jest has me rethinking my decision to come back.

Perhaps it is my insomnia and maybe I should grow a thicker skin, but getting cursed at has left a bad taste in my mouth.

So are a lot of other people and they haven't displayed the level of jerkdom that Bobo just did.

Understand I am not calling Bobo one. I am saying it was a jerk move.

I have found Bobo to be a very reasonable person so I guess that could be why being told to mind my "own ****ing business" by him is distressing enough to think about leaving.

I sort of thought my online personality would have come through enough in this forum by now to make it obvious I could never have been serious when I said that, but I should know better when it comes to online communication - intent isn't always clear.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, Doc. Mat is bang on. No ill intent; just a jest that fell flat, at least with you.

Although, the joke did have just a tiny grain of truth behind it - it would be a little weird if you were especially concerned about forums you don't read or post in having quick questions threads.
