no there is no way for a new user to know i can not use pm's.

and instead of just explaining you send me a violation and penalty points.

i am not a criminal. a warning would have been ample.

Did someone report you to the police or something?

It appears that you got your infraction for a couple of different reasons. Maybe you should read the OP of a thread when the title contains the words "OP is a "MUST read" for the Posting Rules".

Let me guess you went to the transfer thread first thing and broke the rules. IMO users should get a ban for not following the rules over there, and not reading the OP. And a lot of new accounts try to scam people over there, so it is yet to be proven if you are a criminal or not.

True, you guys have been throwing the ban hammer around a little more over there, but the last guy here is crying about infractions. He got away with one. Also good to see Apefish over there as well.
