LOL, what? Sure, lets treat rapists and non-rapists using the following process:

1. Determine if someone is a rapist.
2. If someone is not a rapist go to step 6.
3. If someone is a rapist go to step 4
4. Don't allow rapist on Supreme Court
5. Don't allow rapist on any Court
6. Process complete
