If anything, I think Wook is pretty lenient with habitual trolls like ins0 and becky.

So change modding style and throw those annoying pricks out. They clutter the forum and people in pol can't resist responding to them.

no option for update the rules to reflect how the forum is modded and force well named to start an alternative forum. I also think any politics forum should have a moderation thread where posts that received moderation are linked to or copied along with a very brief description of the moderation action taken. That would provide transparency and a heuristic for quickly understanding how the forum is being moderated and the expectations for posting.

As for updating the rules for the existing forum if this new alternative forum was created, well yes that can be done but many of the issues would cease to exist with the existing forum if a new forum was created so didn't feel like I had to poll this option. But the advice still comes in handy.

Obviously dreaming. Rapists should be treated differently to non-rapists for example only one of them should be allowed on the supreme court of the united states. It's only black rapists and white rapists who should be treated the same (and clearly aren't being).
