They have confiscated Millions of dollars in VIP points(effective rakeback), and there is no way to redeem these points for the last year. They have made promises to start a new system, but have failed to do so.

They are too small of a site for anyone to care I guess...They offered points for play(you can exchange for cash,tournament dollars etc), basically rakeback. After I accumulated my points, they said those points aren't good and are switching systems. This isn't the first time they switched systems.

Compare it to a credit card that rewards points for purchases, and 6 months later they say they changed their system and won't validate any of your points that have been accrued so far.

I understand the expectations are low for a poker site serving the US, but I thought 2+2 was better than that.

This topic has been discussed for nearly 18 months on the forum. BOL decided as a group to change the way we give back rewards and bonuses to our players.

We initially started the points vip reward program as a way to give back to our community, but overtime it became less productive for the players to be rewarded that way. The average player was not getting their fair share of rewards anymore.

I believe the points have been unusable for at least 6 months, and we decided to remove them recently as we have started our new systems of rewarding bonuses and giving back to the BetOnline community.

BOL gave an official statement regarding the points program and it has been posted on multiple times by me.

I am more than happy to share it with you but its at least 12 months old now.

I have been a big advocate since I joined BOL of a new vip rewards system. I believe things have started to be implemented and from now and into the next year you guys will see huge improvements again. I used to play for a living so my input will always be on a regs side, which is beneficial to you guys given my role in the company.

We think the new systems will be way more beneficial to you guys and you can make greater rewards.

His email is comletely bullshit by the way. They slowly took away the ability to use the points and it was much later that the points were removed from the balance. They acted like there was going to be a resolution eventually, so that is why this isn't old news-because it never got resolved.

Many of the regs decided to keep quiet because they are still winning on the site. The randoms and semi-regs don't give a **** too much.

This is literally MILLIONS of dollars STOLEN - They cover it up with a 100k jackpot.

I want nothing for myself. I just root for the underdog and want to expose the bullsht that is going on.
