I have already tried this before but it brought up the error message about the formatting being incorrect

Are you sure there are no small changes I need to make to the hand history text taken straight from the "Instant Hand History" dialogue box?

I'll give this a go tomorrow again and see if it's working

I am not aware of any. I can't play on stars to test it myself but my tester said he copied it straight from that window and din't have any problems.

I press hand history converter, paste my hand, press convert hand history but nothing happens. Close the window and the hand isn't converted or even posted as pasted.

I use HM2... What can be happening?

This is a known issue specific to Zoom hands that seems to have gotten over-looked because we weren't getting many complaints about it. I will bump the ticket in our system and try to get this resolved ASAP.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-5024: TwoPlusTwo (2+2) Hand History Converter: Add Zoom Support

Apparently if you delete the word 'zoom' from the hand it will convert. Your hand is failing for me and I assume it is because you manually edited it to remove your hero name. Here is a hand we have attached to our bug ticket for this issue:

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Make sure you send us the original hands from the archive folder. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.

My post was using Chrome. The conversion would fail for me if/when I kept forgetting to delete the 'zoom ' text from the hand. I just tested the hand I posted previously with Chrome and it works fine as long as I manually delete the zoom text. I will try to get a developer to look at this sometime soon as it is a lingering annoyance but they are all pretty busy right now trying to get our next HM2 release ready.

I go into the hands section of HEM2, click copy to clipboard. I paste it into the Hand History Converter, it loads for about 2 seconds and then nothing happens.

I'm going to move this to About The Forums and see if anyone there can give you technical help. If the HH converter is broken, people there can help more than we can. It might help if you posted the raw HH, maybe? I don't know. If someone there says that is a micro stakes limit issue, I'm sure they'll move it back.

Does the hand copy? Does it paste into anything else, like notepad?

Do you get an error message?

Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them.

The hand from the thread you linked works fine for me as well. However another hand that Mark posted didn't work right away. I had to change the title of the tournament to get it to work:
