Are you sure there are no small changes I need to make to the hand history text taken straight from the "Instant Hand History" dialogue box?

I'll give this a go tomorrow again and see if it's working

Thanks
I am not aware of any. I can't play on stars to test it myself but my tester said he copied it straight from that window and din't have any problems.

Re: **** Official Two Plus Two Hand Converter (Powered By Hold'em Manager) ****

I press hand history converter, paste my hand, press convert hand history but nothing happens. Close the window and the hand isn't converted or even posted as pasted.

I use HM2... What can be happening?

What site are the hands from that you are trying to convert? How exactly are you copying the hands that you want to convert? Via the Right-Click > Copy menu in HM2? Have you tried to deselect the [x] Store Hands Publicly option when converting?

Please give detailed steps so we can try to duplicate the problem and paste a copy of the original hand here in [code] [/code] tags for us to test with.

Here is a Merge hand from one of my screen names that I had no problem converting.

This is a known issue specific to Zoom hands that seems to have gotten over-looked because we weren't getting many complaints about it. I will bump the ticket in our system and try to get this resolved ASAP.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-5024: TwoPlusTwo (2+2) Hand History Converter: Add Zoom Support

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-5024 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Apparently if you delete the word 'zoom' from the hand it will convert. Your hand is failing for me and I assume it is because you manually edited it to remove your hero name. Here is a hand we have attached to our bug ticket for this issue:

    Code:

    QQQ7563: folds
    aztricky1337: folds
    randomps: folds
Uncalled bet ($0.06) returned to wild-eva1991
    wild-eva1991 collected $0.05 from pot
    wild-eva1991: doesn't show hand
    *** SUMMARY ***
    Total pot $0.05 | Rake $0

Removing the 'Zoom ' from the hand makes it work.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Make sure you send us the original hands from the archive folder. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.

My post was using Chrome. The conversion would fail for me if/when I kept forgetting to delete the 'zoom ' text from the hand. I just tested the hand I posted previously with Chrome and it works fine as long as I manually delete the zoom text. I will try to get a developer to look at this sometime soon as it is a lingering annoyance but they are all pretty busy right now trying to get our next HM2 release ready.

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. I am not sure why it is taking so long to get this fixed so I will try to bump the ticket on this again.

Which site/games are you playing? What exactly does the error message say?

Cake and Stars tourney hands both seem to work fine for me with HM2/Chrome.

                  Trouble posting hands.

I go into the hands section of HEM2, click copy to clipboard. I paste it into the Hand History Converter, it loads for about 2 seconds and then nothing happens.

I'm going to move this to About The Forums and see if anyone there can give you technical help. If the HH converter is broken, people there can help more than we can. It might help if you posted the raw HH, maybe? I don't know. If someone there says that is a micro stakes limit issue, I'm sure they'll move it back.

                  Good luck.

Does the hand copy? Does it paste into anything else, like notepad?

Do you get an error message?

Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them.

The hand from the thread you linked works fine for me as well. However another hand that Mark posted didn't work right away. I had to change the title of the tournament to get it to work:

                  Spoiler:

I think the converter has a problem with "$1 + $0.10 Multi-Rush OD" as a tournament title. Maybe Mark just assumed that the converter would not work, because it did not work in the past.

Thank you for the report and legwork debugging it. I will write up a ticket for the problem with these multi-rush od hands for the developers to look at.

Thanks. I clicked a few more buttons, and it seems like the converter doesn't like the word "Rush", for a reason, that I can't comprehend. The primary suspects "$" and "4 spaces" (aka long title) seem to work just fine. In case you can still edit/add to the ticket, I'd appreciate it, if you would include that.
