Not sure if this is a global problem.
But lately I've been running into more threads that have unconverted hands and the tool is not working for me either.

"The requested URL /pokertools/import/twoplustwo/integration was not found on this server."

I'm using Chrome 59.0.3071.115 (64-bits) on Windows 7

Our developers said the issue is on the 2+2 side so I sent a PM to one of the admins here but haven't heard back from him yet. I will check with our developers in the morning to see if they have some other contacts with the 2+2 admins they can use to try and get this issue resolved. For now you will need to use a tracker's export to forum format as explained above if you use a tracker, or some other converter site to convert the hand, so it can be pasted into a forum thread here.

Hi,

Unfortunately I'm not able to convert my hand history with the hand history converter anymore. Is this a problem with the converter or am I the only one experiencing this?

This is the message I get:

Not Found

The requested URL /pokertools/handconverter/ was not found on this server.

Thanks in advance.

I am trying to use the hh converter. Copy-pasting a Partypoker hand straight from HM2 but getting this message: Hand conversion failed. The hand history pasted contained formatting, spaces or special characters that are non-standard or was for a site or game type that is not supported.

    Any solutions?

The conversion server was down for a week or more after our recent server migrations.

I was just able to duplicate this with a Party Tournament hand with large (millions) chip values. Was that the same type of hand you were converting?

For now you will want to use the HM2/3 or PT4 built in hand history viewer converter tool, instead of copying the original hand and using the HM2 converter, as those are working OK with these types of hands.

Was that hand exported from HM2 or PT4? Is the original hand your tracker imported a converted hand from an unsupported site? If yes, what is the original site and what converter and tracking software are you using?

It says stars in the header but it looks more like an 888/pacific hand history file to me. If it is a converted hand you are probably going to have to talk to that converter's support team, as the 2+2/MVS converter is only designed to handle original hand history files from our supported sites, but I would still like to know the answers to the above questions and see the original and converted hands (not the version you exported from HM2/PT4 with stats included).

Please zip and email the original problem hand history file (not the exported/converted hand), with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HM-9004.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-9004 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

For now you will want to use the HM2/3 or PT4 built in hand history viewer converter tool, instead of copying the original hand and using the HM2 converter, as those are working OK with these types of hands - https://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/que.../Hand+Viewer#9

I'm trying to post hands but nothing pops up when clicking the hand history converter.
Have posted hands here in the past.

Does anyone know what could be causing the problem?

Arty posted this a few months ago:

"I think a few people have this problem. Sometimes the convertor just doesn't work for a few days and then it randomly starts working again. I'm not sure who (if anyone) is actually responsible for making sure it continues to function. It might be operated by the makers of HEM/PT, but I don't know."

for what it is worth, converter works for me today.

Sent Arty a pm before creating this thread and Arty said, "Sorry I don't know". :P
I guess I'll have to wait a few days to see if it goes back to normal.

Updating chrome hasn't done anything, but at the bottom left of the page when trying to post a hand it says HTML code off.

Which site/games are you trying to convert? There are problems with a few specific sites/games we are aware of as discussed in the official converter thread here.

The best way to find out if it is a known issue is to send us some of the original hand history files from your archive for testing, with a detailed description by hole card and date of some of the hands you can't convert, and the method you are using to get the hands from HM2 to the converter.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.

It's not from the converter on hm2.
There is an issue with chrome. There should be a pop up after attempting to paste hand history and the web page(2+2) doesn't show any sort of pop up.

There is an issue with chrome. There should be a pop up after attempting to paste hand history and the web page(2+2) doesn't show any sort of pop up.

I assume that is something on the 2+2 or Chrome side of things, and not our converter they integrated into the forums. I will reply to Mat Sklanksy's PM he sent making me aware of the new thread you had created, to let him know I think it is an issue on the 2+2 or customer side of things so he can have his web devs look at it.
