Music/Sound on Ads

Looks like sound/music is now playing on ads on the bottom of 2+2. Have had to close all 2+2 tabs on my laptop as it plays a 1 second snippet of music on each tab every few seconds. Looks to be the 2 videos in the middle here (they auto play):
Can these be removed please?
