Not sure this is correct. Most of our spammers create accounts using vpns/proxy servers (the only ones who don't are posting pretty much from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, or Korea). If you create an account from a vpn or proxy server that ties to spammers, your account may get banned immediately.
