"Just put sig users on ignore" is a copout non-solution imho. You could apply this line of reasoning to pretty much *anything* that gets posted on the site. Trolling? Don't bother the mods, just block the offender. Blatant racism? It's all good, just block 'em. Personal attack? How do you know this guy continually posts those if you're using the ignore feature we provided for you? And so on.

I understand that some of us don't have a problem with sigs and that's cool, everyone's entitled to an opinion, but it's pretty clear that many others on the forum do not share this sentiment.

I can't understand why overdoing sigs just couldn't be an infraction worthy / bannable offence if continued after warning, like every other out of the hand thing at the forums.

Do we have sigs racism here?
