The 2+2 app no longer works on iOS11 on Apple devices? Is someone at 2+2 going to write a new or updated app for iOS11?

As discussed here, the 2p2 app is no longer supported. There's not going to be any update.

Correct. If you want to use the legacy app don't upgrade beyond iOS 10.
