How to edit post and delete thread? How to edit post and delete thread?

Ryan - crossing my fingers that you might know the answer to this. I use a Blackberry with Opera installed. Opera usually works just like an iPhone, allowing me to see a normal webpage, however the mobi skin always loads instead. Anyway to bypass or disable the mobi skin when using Opera and a portable like a Blackberry?

Possibly, but I'm not sure why you would want to under normal circumstances. I had the blackberry in mind and on hand for all this when I added the style.

Seems like there is a way to do that with opera mini, but I'll have to look it over again unless someone else comes up with it first.

At any rate I've just uploaded a newer, modified version of the mobile color scheme. Looks better, I think.

I also use Opera Mini on a blackberry, but I prefer the mobile skin. Loads ridiculously fast.

I really hate the blackberry browser. Someday this decade they'll have to do a real update for that... or just work a deal with Opera.

I mean that you're right, the mobile skin needs quote and edit functionality. This is the primary reason I do not poast from my phone.

As for the rest of it, you'll figure it out as you become more and more like me. It's scary, but it happens to all the smart poasters.

Maybe you're becoming more like me and you don't realize it.

stop being lazy and manually quote and proofread.

It isn't even possible to manually quote from a mobile. Opera doesn't have the highlight/select text option, and there's nothing but a quick-reply box at the end of the thread.

why not just retype what you want to quote?

Fixed all the 'up' type links to work as you would expect and added a new top link for that in each forum.

Last thing I did before going to sleep was add quoting to replies. This turned out to be less simple than I thought it would be. One thing that's different right now is the reply editor being taller. If it turns out that's not a problem I'll probably just leave it, but it's not quite what I want.

I don't like the larger font personally. Call me a nit...

Fixed. Your device should be free to set the font and size now. Not sure why the guy had it more or less forced through the style.

Quoting and the editor size should all be right now. Also changed it to display the last post time instead of date for regular threads.

That's probably the last I'll work on it for at least this week anyway. I think the style is pretty good now.

Looks great. Thanks for all the work on it.

The only thing I can think of that would be useful is some indicator of who started a thread. But no rush- it's already much, much more functional.
