I'm not falling for that bit of circular logic.

Not sure if this is the right place to post but the suggested buy-in levels in the stickies for the tournament strat forums still date from the previous reorganization (e.g. there is still an upper limit for Mid-High stakes) and probably need reviewing totally or at minimum editing so they take in the full range that the previous forums had.

You should let the mods of those forums know, they are in charge of their stickies. We need to change our stickies in the brokenup-LCP forums, it's just not something any of us have gotten around to yet. Probably the same with those mods.

I understand very much what you're talking about.

True, but do the levels in general not need revising since cca 2010 when they were set at their current levels or are we happy with where they are?

Strikes me that a $20 FO online is a much higher level than a $100 tournament live but they mark the border. The online player probably has several tournaments open so he even has more money in play total than the live player and is seeing the hands faster.

Personally I'd go something like FO $20, $5 re-buy, $400 live as the boundary.
