Wow, I really hit the mark hard on Wookie for this level of personal attack hysteria to come out. This is thread about Wookie's modding, not whether I'm a turd or a Nazi. I'm clearly correct on how inappropriate he is as a mod given his actions. And his "us vs them" mentality has encouraged mindless, site-killing, personal attacking trolls like you two.

I'm part Jewish. My ancestors were killed by Nazis (concentration camp in an occupied country) and I'm an anti-discrimination libertarian, who holds views that were mainstream among people who fought and died against the Nazis.

So I find it weird that:

a) you're allowed to constantly use such terms - the vilest personal attack possible with zero factual basis - in a forum where it's policy that no personal attacks are allowed. Again, the views i have put forward are mainstream among nearly everyone who fought the Nazis. Read Churchill for example.

b) your grasp of history and philosophy is so weak to think that I'm closer to a Nazi than you are. It's not even a contest, you lose this handily.

after wookie falsely accused me and temp banned me for sexism (posted the quote repeatedly and hes refused to comment) i came back a while later and was having a civil discussion about giving obama a report card for his second term and he came at me. i told him i didnt want to engage him and he was just looking for an excuse to falsely ban me again. he continued to follow me around and demand i answer his stupid questions to which i responded with the fact he can go ahead and make a point and i would respond, i wouldnt answer his idiotic gotcha questions he was chasing me around with. i then asked him if answering his questions was a demand or a threat? and he said neither, you're exiled. i wouldnt go back there if i wasnt exiled but its just unbelievable to see this behaving the way he does

To call someone a Nazi implies that you support a regime of mass murder, racial genocide, human experimentation, etc, that destroyed tens of millions of lives. Is there a worse slur/personal attack? I can't think of one. And there's really no basis to it. Even if you think someone is a racist, or anti-immigration, that has nothing to do with them being a Nazi. Most people who fought Nazis and despised their philosophy/actions had those views.

A social justice warrior isn't a meaningful slur. It implies at worse you're a little overzealous in your zeal for social justice. Are you really comparing that with Nazi?

Well, speaking just for myself, there are three bunches of peeps I call nazis. The first are the 1930s-1940s party and regime in Germany. Second are those who collaborated with the first, even if they didn't join a nazi party (ex IIRC: Norway's Quisling). And the third are actual card-carrying members of a contemporary nazi party.

So, I wouldn't call the killer of H.Heyer a nazi... as it seems he wasn't a card-carrying member of the nazi party he was hanging around with. I'd call him a neo-fascist instead.

That being said, AFAIK, no politard regular since c2010 has claimed that they were a 1930s German Nazi, a quisling, or a card-carrying member of a contemporary nazi party.
