When you dislike a post your feedback is recorded and will be used for internal purposes which may include:

Teaching AI to better predict interesting posts, which can further be used to automatically generate custom feed for each member.
Gathering data for moderators to assess a specific member posting behavior.
Making posts that are most disliked less visible

This seems terrible. Why on earth would we want an AI to algorithmically make some posts "less visible", whater that means.

If we wanted some algorithmically generated feed we'd go on facebook or twitter. The basic idea of a forum that keeps it special is that it is NOT algorithmic.

This is a terrible idea. The last thing intelligent people want is for some midwits(or worse) deciding how visible or invisible their posts are by dislikes. It's also mean.
