Hey all, I'm having troubles converting my hand ever since I joined!

when trying to use the hand converter, it says - The hand history pasted contained formatting, spaces or special characters that are non-standard or was for a site or game type that is not supported.

If you use Hold'em Manager, you can select the CASH GAMES or TOURNEY tab and then right click on the specific hand and select "Copy Selected Hands To Clipboard" and then paste.

Thing is i dont use holdem manager or duecescracked or any other HUD's....why wont it convert my H/H?? it's really annoying and I'm not getting anyone responding to my posts , and if they do they tell me to "convert hand".

please someone help me :|

What site is the hand history from and how exactly are you copying it to your clipboard? Please post an example in [code] tags. If you don't want your screen name outed please PM it to me using the code tags and I can take a look at it.

I'm having problems posting hands... I use PT4 and no matter what format I copy (tried all 3.."copy to clipboard" "copy to forum format" "copy RAW hand history) none of them work!

I click the button in PT4 to copy it then past it into the hand converter (on 2+2) and always get an error message.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I'm a PT4 user and I'm trying to post a hand history from Carbon using the 2+2 Hand History Converter. I keep on getting a failed to convert message.

Can you please tell me how I would go about posting hand histories in a 2+2 thread?

I'm having trouble w/ converting Full Tilt CG hands since ~2 Months.

uncheck the 'output extras' [x] 'store hand publicly' option and it should convert. This is one of a few known issues with the converter that are on deck to be fixed.

I was just reading ur answer on the fly and saw the converted hand history. I thought everything would be fine now.

So Video quality is like my ass, but it'll do the job. Im really wondering myself how do u get the Hand converted. I just wanna check back if I can't see the obvious.

This is an old thread for the DC powered hand converter that used to be built in to the 2+2 forums. The new built in hand converter at 2+2 is powered by Holdem Manager.

You have to click the 'hand history converter' link when posting a reply as shown circled in red in the image below.

That is a known issue that we hope to fix soon. It is taking longer than normal to fix because we are trying to overhaul the current system completely so that the 2+2 converter parsing will be able to be updated faster/easier any time we make a change to the HM2 parsing. Once it is fixed and I have confirmed all the open issues with the converter have been resolved I will post in this old thread and the new thread for the converter.

How do you convert the raw HH from ACR? I've tried copying from the built in HH in ACR and also from the txt file in my ACR hh folder and nothing happens.

Edit - oops just noticed this was the old thread for the 2p2 converter. Please move it to the appropriate thread if needed, sorry for the necro lol.

Please use the new **** Official Two Plus Two Hand Converter (Powered By Hold'em Manager) **** thread going forward for converter issues.

For now you can't convert the raw hands. You would need to use a 3rd party site converter or paste the 2+2 friendly format from HM2/PT4 directly into the forum thread, not the converter.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HM-8750

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-8750 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I think this ticket was forgotten about after the recent rash of converter issues so I will update the ticket to try and get it looked at again.
