There are *three* different ways to get HH text out of HEM, the one you are using pulls out the original text, which from iPoker is unfortunately the ugly XML that isn't supported. The way I think produces the HEM formatted version which will work is right clicking on any hand from the main HEM window and selecting 'copy to clipboard', but that's off memory (on my mac, don't have HEM in front of me). You can try choosing 'view selected hand history' instead and copying the text from the window that pops up.
