The Hand Converter is located above the reply box on the menu bar. Click the expand button on the right of the menu bar to enter your hand history then click convert. The converted text will show up in the reply box. Multiple hand histories are allowed.

Click the button to expand the Hand Converter box:

Paste your HH in the box, click convert:

The output will automatically post in your reply box:

The following sites and games are supported:

PokerStars and Full Tilt: Any Hold'em and Any Omaha (hi or hi/lo) cash game or tournament hand (STTs and MTTs).
Party and UB: Any hold'em and Omaha HI cash game and most tournaments.
Absolute: All hold'em hands and most tournaments.
Bodog: All hold'em.
Crypto and Ongame: Limit Hold'em.
If the converter doesn't support your site or game please send any hand histories for that site or game to converter@deucescracked.com between 1-100 hands.

Known problems: If using the WYSIWYG editor the converter will not output.
Solution: Toggle the WYSIWYG editor to "bb code" mode on the upper right hand corner of the reply box. Then press "convert the hand." Toggle back if desired.

Is it possible to have "Store hand publicly" default to false (unchecked)?

If not, can Admins consider defaulting to false server side?

Pudge,

If you're following the instructions as posted and you're not in the WYSIWYG mode (noted in the original post), please send the hand history to converter@deucescracked.com where we will analyze it and see if we can figure out what problems it is causing.

thanks,
Entity

Hey Pudge,

The problem with that hand the first time was I bet when you copied / pasted it you missed the very first character in line one, another *

Converter was looking for 5 *s to start the line and only saw 4. I"ll work on improving the reader so it doesn't get lost by such an easy to make mistake.

Everyone, I am sure there will be plenty of hands/sites/games that don't work right - we have an email address that you can send those hands to: converter@deucescracked.com

I think this thread would be best utilized for general problems, questions, comments, and suggestions for cool features you'd like to see added rather than troubleshooting individual hands.

Is the list of sites supported going to expand? Is prima going to be supported? I have HHs if needed.

Yes, yes, send them to converter@deucescracked.com and I'll be happy to work on the code. The more different game types I get too the better.

Email sent - tried to send quite a few, but I think it got chopped and you only got the first few, not sure exactly how many, but seems my email client wont let me send more than a few MB. Let me know if you need more and I will find another way to send them.

Take a look at the pictures in the OP of this thread. The Hand Converter is integrated into the reply editor.

Hey Bob,

Above the "reply to thread" window you'll see a bar that says:

"The Two Plus Two Hand Converter: Powered by DeucesCracked.com."

On the right side of that bar, there is a button that says "click to expand" -- click that and you'll see the hand converter drop down.

It's also shown in our first post in this thread in screenshot form.

Happy holidays,
Rob

Okay, I didn't know you needed to click the "post reply" button which ******edly is only available after the last post in the thread for some reason so I just didn't notice it.

Thanks for your help.
I seriously spent 10-15 minutes searching around the quick-reply box trying to find some special expand button that would show the '2+2 hand converter' bar that I was seeing in the OP.

bump for awesomeness.

You're not alone Bob.
12-02-2007 , 11:29 PM
Very simple, this feature alone makes the software change 100% worthwhile.
12-02-2007 , 11:59 PM
In results, is it possible to make it A instead of Ac?
12-03-2007 , 12:21 AM
In the future will the converter expand past just hold em and omaha? Will we ever get it to support stud, 5CD, or 2-7?
12-03-2007 , 12:44 AM
I have a problem with this, I'm trying to convert a FT tournament hand and its saying "Invalid Header" and chopping everything off.

Any ideas?
