Long time lurker here. I just had to say that 2+2 doesn't get proper credit for improvements they've made in this area. Especially in the past few years since they had to remove a moderator for racist comments. For example, look at the grace and sensitivity with which the moderator Zeno discusses potentially delicate subject matter:

It's a good thing too. Because imagine he hadn't been so PC. Imagine he had come on more like a bull in a china closet. That might have created an opportunity for someone to accuse 2+2, it's admins and moderators, of being hypocrites of the highest order.

Zeno is one of those guys who thinks he's being edgy and clever, but doesn't realize the world has moved on and he's just another boorish ugly American. It's kinda sad really.
