Hello,
I am trying to make a topic in the 2+2'er marketplace but it says that I do not have permissiong to do this.

How do i get this permission and what are the requirements?

I'd suggest reading one of the big bold stickies that give all the info you need. The ones titled:

Edit to add: Make special note of the requirement for an active account - with one post in the last 4 years, yours isn't right now.

Hi Mods, is there a reason why I am unable to post int he 'looking for a stake' forum? I currently get a message stating that I have insufficient privileges to post there.

You don't have Marketplace Approval. Read the sticky to learn why and how to apply for it.

And then read it again to learn why there's no way your account qualifies as active, and thus there's no chance of getting approval until you start taking part in the forums again.
