I think there should be a cryptocurrency subforum. That way they cryptocurrency folk can have their back-and-forth on the proper way to use block chain in a sentence, or debate if block chain technology is a technology or a non-technology. It'd reduce the noise in BFI and leave the babysitting to moderators who want to actively read the cryptocurrency threads.

Its a false debate and an active mod with decent knowledge wouldnt allow it to persist if it continued. That is why r\bitcoin exists and r\btc. The latter being a propaganda attack led by one person to look like many.

Blockchain has no meaningful distinction from a ledger if its not secured by the factors bitcoin introduced and those that try to use blockchain as separable from bitcoin are perpetuating a false agenda. This is not debated on the main bitcoin forums which are home of the computer scientists that developed the components and continue to contribute.

But we agree a more nuanced division and oversight of the dialogue would be better. The truth of what i say would be obvious and it would clearly bring great value to this community and poker in general
