Well, this is worse.

Getting "Sorry, permission denied" when I attempt to log in. Attempt a password reset, get the email, click link, update my password, which takes me to the login page.

Get the same error again.

If I might suggest: is there a way to 'hide' a thread from the general populace?

As evidenced by this thread, when beta-ing phase 2, you'll be overwhelmed by resopnses like "this sucks, it's different" without constructive criticism.

If you opened things up to a smaller group for first-cut critiques, the transition might fare better--get some obvious issues out of the way w/o so much noise.

No idea who'd be on the committee or how you select them.

I can no longer login into the new vanilla forums; it says “Permission Denied”. Previously able to do so (after undergoing the password refresh procedure or whatever it is called, that is).
