Hi I was banned weeks ago and tried to use the contact us button to send in an email with an explanation but it's been ages with no reply so I'm guessing that's not in use anymore.

My account top floor was banned for an issue linked to hugedonkey22, they are both my accounts however the issue on hugedonkey22 was resolved before I switched to top floor. All that happened was my bank didn't recognize a transaction with WPN, charged back and blocked my p2p transfer. this was resolved. This screenshot basically sums up the email I sent and would like to be unbanned.

Not sure what happened with your message via the contact form, but it works fine.

If you need some help with an issue you've created, a link or two might have been nice rather than making me search for everything.

Mike Haven sent you a PM about the issue on the hugedonkey22 account. Rather than respond, you created the top floor account...why, exactly?

Your screenshot of an email from someone (It says BlackChipPoker Security, but there's no email address shown) to someone else (whoever "me" is) about some unknown's account history and disputed transactions really doesn't help in the slightest, especially given the questionable way you handled on this site by creating a new 2+2 account.

I can't private message you and the screenshot with all the emails & names is sensitive information.
