It was a Denmarkian forum though. Mods (while still the strongest of the Denmarkians) there have the strength of a 6yo girl.

I'm going to assume Sammy had a good reason for killing the mod, so a ban was probably an over-reaction.

Incidentally, I recently visited Copenhagen and, among other stuff, went to one of their Restaurant Flammen.

Not sure how all of them haven't earned michelin-stars yet, because I could hardly even walk out of there afterwards (and that was only partly because of the Amarone they had on their wine-list.)

I still have a poker life. It all started again when Stars asked if they could close my account after two years of inactivity. Just jumped in, good things can wait for you for long.

I miss poker (as I knew it) so much. I found poker, and this site, after having watched WPT season 1 (Bingo Bango Bongo) and fell in love with the whole scene.

Found 2+2, spent years learning poker (using the term 'learning' loosely ldo), reading all (well, a lot of) the books and listening to all the podcasts - signed up for most of the training sites, got most of the software and played at all the different sites.

I have so good memories of listening to Huff and Stapes and after that - Poker Road with Ali Nejad, Joe Sebok and the Caveman Gavin Smith. Would listen to Phil Gordon's Little Green Book on repeat (back the truck up!).

Happy days.

Then things turned to **** - UB and Absolute poker happened. I still kept the faith - then it turned out full tilt poker was a pile of poo too. Still kept hope since pokerstars were still a beacon of light. Then they sold out too and it all went black.

Haven't played poker since.
