Politics moderation discussion is frequently a topic in ATF, for sure. I don't think it's a situation where there's some pressure that builds up and has to be released, though - threads are created as issues come up for people. Obviously there's a little more interest right now as the political discourse around the world, and especially in the US, has shifted. Whether it's a phase that we'll pass through or a change that is going to continue, time will tell.
If it's important to you, go ahead I guess, and enjoy your popcorn. I'll save mine for things I find more interesting. And more suspenseful, which is always how I've seen that emoticon.
