Anyone else having problems with the image link

I use to be able to easily post images just by using these [IMG] /[IMG] on Chrome

lately not so much

what gives ?

it works sporadically on internet explorer, but lately hasn't worked on Chrome at all

I'm not interested in using imgur or photobucket

Since you won't let me tell you to use imgur, I suggest uploading the image to imgflip, making a no-text meme out of it, and then proceeding to embed it.

too much work,

you use to be able to click the photo embed link above, [IMG]paste[/IMG], copy, paste and be done in two seconds

something has happened at 2+2 that now prevents this

Try pasting the entire url next time?

Given the Politics traffic it's very inconsiderate of you to hotlink. The site probably removes them so your image disappears. Just use imgur.

It shows up fine for banned and I, but if it's not working for you, try getting rid of the ":large" after the .jpg. Maybe your browser doesn't recognize .jpg:large as an image extension.

Using Chrome on my laptop. Just tried on my phone as well (Android/Chrome), and it looks fine to me all 4 times the image has now been posted/quoted.

So are the new advertisements 2p2 is displaying only meant to show up randomly? They only seem to display about 20% of the time for me (this isn't precise, I'm just guessing). In any case I have no problem with them, they don't really clutter anything and aren't distracting, just curious.
