Like many here, I am sure, I regard the discussion and debate in this particular forum to be of the highest quality, because of the conglomeration of some of the best minds in these forums, if not the entire world of those that regularly participate in internet forums of any kind.

So, I wonder if you would help me out with something I think you will find is interesting, once you delve a little below the surface? Please let me know what you think should be the most likely interpretation of the following words, paying particular attention to the punctuation symbols:

My read without any other info is this. Because I used to do this. It just means please meet up with me but I'm shy about asking for a lot of people. Then if your a sociopath, you could take advantage of the situation. Not that your a sociopath but you could, if you like.

Note the separation in the sentence with the use of a comma, (As opposed to, "We can meet up! If you like?") adding credence to the idea that they would like to meet you, but don't want to offend you in any way.

Their concern for your well being is apparent without appearing cloying, leading me to think that you should definitely meet this person in real life. This seems to be an intersecting of the fate of two people. Go for it! (?)
