Is 2+2 the most negative forum on the internet??? - Page 3 - About the Forums

The fact that people aren't rudely telling you **** off in RGT for equating homosexuality with pedophilia is a mark against how that forum is run, not Politics.

Please provide the link where I "equated" homosexuality with pedophilia. Thanks.

These two posts could be construed as an endorsement of the comparison equating the two, even if you weren't the one originally making the comparison.

And I realize that those posts are not literally an endorsement, I'm saying it's an inference that most people would somewhat reasonably draw from the flow of the thread. If you don't want people to think you agree with equating homosexuality and pedophilia (at least for the purposes of that argument), then you should probably clarify.

Its pretty rediculous how negative the politics section is. They call you a nazi if you support anything trump does , so you defend yourself and remind the person that if they dont debate you they are subject to a ban, and what do you know, I am the one banned for trolling! You cannot make this stuff up. Calling someone a nazi? Not trolling. Ok, makes alot of sense.

2+2 is fairly negative but it could be worse I suppose. Which is why I generally try to minimize time on here. It was definitely worse during the poker boom with a critical mass of smug early 20-somethings. So it is better now but still not great.

The one thing I really don't like about 2+2 is the smugness/overestimation of personal ability that goes on here. Everyone thinks that beating small stakes poker gives you insights to basically everything. So I have noticed that people here believe themselves to be much much smarter than they really are.
