You use poker lingo in your everyday convos.

eg: "I didn't put you on being over 30", "I put you on more of an engineer than an accountant"

You use terms like "freeroll" when using coupons. A "cooler" when a girl out of your league agrees to go on a date with you. A "bad beat" or "run bad" when anything that involves bad luck (short term or long term respectively) in real life.

"Equity" can be used in every day non-quantitative element that need to be measured.

Eg: "The game is profitable but I would be losing sleep-equity from here on".

"Angle-shooting" can be applied to when you use a special trick to not only save money on something but get more of the actual product.

Eg: "Angle-shooting a hotel for an extra night", "Angling the car rental company for a weekly rate by returning your 5-day rental 2 days late".

"Tilt" can be induced by things like traffic jams or rude employees or long line ups.
