This is definitive proof that the 62nd consecutive Sheepday has gone off without a hitch. I would like to draw attention to one Mr. Sheep, a wonderful and productive member of the BBV community. Without him we would have less plushies, less newb-shaming, and less happiness. Rejoice, BBV--

Has it been one year already? Time sure flies. Are there things you don't like about Spain, or are you leaving purely because of visa issues?

Be careful at the airport! If they greet you with "buenos días" and you answer back in Spanish they'll send you back!

It is hard to eulogize any BBV member. To capture in words not just the drunk poasts he has left behind, but the essential truth of a forum regular - their private joys and sorrows; the quiet moments and unique qualities that illuminate someone’s soul; and the positive energy that their avatar gives to the community. How much harder to do so for a giant of Aaaaaaaa, whose liquor consumption was unequalled and who binked dozens of online poker tournaments.

Born in USA#1, way before the grape-a-rita was invented, a boy raised checking out Latina tits and ass, Whiskeyneat would emerge as the greatest Psychedelic Patrick avatar owner of the 21th century. Like Gandhi, he would lead a resistance movement against floods of Facebook poasts about the presidential elections - a movement that never held any prospect of success. "A head on collision where cancer hits aids", he said, "and they both get ejected and slam into each other, evacuate their bowels, and combust". Like Dr. King, he would give potent voice to the claims of the oppressed and the moral necessity of refilling glasses with scotch. He would endure a brutal banning from his own house by his Latina wife that began in the time of Trump, and ended in the time of Trump. Emerging from his banishment, without the force of arms, he would – like Abraham Lincoln – do everything in his power to save his marriage. And like America's Founding Fathers, he would erect a constitutional order to preserve nationwide availability of raz-ber-ritas for future generations – a true commitment to Aaaaaaaa.

Given the sweep of his BBV career, the scope of his accomplishments, the adoration that he and his avatar so rightly earned, it’s tempting to remember Whiskeyneat as an icon, pink and with psychedelic background, detached from the tawdry affairs of lesser men. But Ritaneat himself strongly resisted such a lifeless portrait. Instead, he insisted on sharing with us his doubts and his fears. "moved back in with the wife", he said, "which is...good?"

Whiskeyneat showed us the power of action; of preparing for hurricanes that all too often threaten the southeastern part of USA#1. "My wife and I have about 4 dozen beers, 2 bottles of wine, a bottle of tequila, a bottle of scotch, and a bunch of junk food. I've never felt more ready."

Whiskeyneat taught us the power of action, but he also taught us the power of ideas; the importance of reason and arguments; the need to study not only Texas Hold'em game theory, but car sales as well. "Who want bmw I do the things", he said.

Despite his struggles, in the end it was the Texas heat that eventually got the best of Whiskeyneat. A great visionary, he predicted his tragic end himself: "I am going to melt into a pool of rita", he said.

We will never see the likes of Whiskeyneat again. But let me say to the young people of BBV and the young people around the whole 2+2 community: you, too, can make his life's work your own. Over 2 years ago, while still a veteran and not yet a Pooh-Bah, I learned of Whiskeyneat and the struggles taking place in this beautiful land, and it stirred something in me. It woke me up to my responsibilities to Latina tits and ass, and it set me on an improbable journey that finds me here today. And while I will always fall short of Ritaneat's example, he makes me want to be a better poaster. He speaks to what's best inside us.

What a magnificent soul it was. We will miss him deeply. May Mason Malmuth bless the memory of Whiskeyneat. May God bless the people of BBV.
