I gave him permission long ago to use it whenever wherever and however he wants, and he's exhaustively credited it anywhere he does. Calling him a leech is flat out wrong... if that was the case at all, don't you think I would have gotten a dozen or so of his videos containing it removed from youtube by now?

Six months ago everyone was raging about how cool it would be for someone to do this at a live event.
