Okay I'm not one of those guys who jumps on the online poker is rigged train. But this email I received from Cake Poker is really weird. I lost about 1200 at 1/2 NL getting in as the favourite every time. And I sent them an email saying something along the lines of.

I ran so bad today and none of my hands held up. I just wanted to email you asking if I could cash out my whole balance via check. Thanks

About 15 minutes later I get this email:

experienced with our site today. Please be advised that we are doing a major
overhaul of our software and the new version should be released in the next
few weeks. This should rectify any problems that you have been experiencing.


According to our records your identity has been verified and you are free to
request a cheque if that is what you would like to do.

Please allow us some time to retrieve your hand histories for today.

Again apologies for any difficulties that you have experienced, I am sure
that you will find our updated version much more to your liking.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
