You won't lose 7.5kgs in 11 weeks while gaining muscle.

I'll take that bet.

Also why would you want to lose weight. Sounds like you are already in decent shape.

If you want to generate any interest you need to do something insane, not like -0.7kg/week. No one cares about that.

Sammy has the perfect body and wouldn't change a single thing.

@OP

How do you plan to do a weight bet on the internet? How will you ever prove you lost weight? Pics of weight can be faked. Starting weight can be faked and so on. Unless you and the guys you bet with meet in person and get weighed in front of each other on the same weight, there's is no way this would ever work.

Also you don't need to lose weight, you need to tighten that fat up. Start running and going to the gym.

Proves nothing. Scales can be set to start below/above 0 even if it doesn't show in the display. You could drink lots of fluid before weighing. You can tape some stuff to your body or stick it in your ass to gain weight. It has to be the same scale for everyone in the bet. There are multiple ways you could easily cheat in this bet.

I could stream couple hours before checking weight on the stream.
I guess i can go to a store and weight myself on couple of scales in a row ;o
not sure what to say about the ass thing... it's not a prison movie!

You mean like drinking two beers/day or eating two cheesburgers/day?

Regarding the initial weigh in, it's easy to be up a few pounds just by having water and food just before the weigh in even if the scales are fair.
