And this happens! $1 freezout tournament, 59 players and i somehow manage to win it lol. I've watched omaha being played quite a lot but this was my very first time playing it, i absolutely love it!

How the hell do you post up a screenshot or insert a picture on this haha?

Congratulations. Expect a call from Bluff Magazine for an interview and an invitation from Pokerstars for a sponsorship deal.

Sounds like you have natural talent for the game.

Have you considered going pro?

Yeah i have considered it, but i am only 19 and don't exactly have the bankroll required to go pro lol. I play live at the pub 4 times a week in the nuts poker league (in the UK this is) and i do well there as well.

It's my dream to go pro but i doubt it will happen haha, it's great fun playing anyway, i absolutely love it.

Dude all you have to do is make a thread in NVG asking to apply for pro status with Lock poker. They have a contest going on right now and they will give you a free bankroll to prove your skills. And if youre good enough they will accept your application.

Destroying pub poker is usually a great way to know how good you are. Online poker is a bit easier so you are good to go.

Whats NVG?

I might just do that, sounds good. Is it for anyone at all or is there certain requirements i have to meet? (Like living in america, 21+ or something like that as i'm neither of them lol)

NVG is found here http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/29/news-views-gossip/

And all you need to do is make a title like "Attention Lock pros I am applying for the become a pro contest"

And then explain yourself. how long youve been playing etc etc.

Anyone can qualify...you just need to have good results.

After a little bit when they see your thread...they take it away and store it on their website on the contest page.

Yeah make sure you do it straight away though, because the deadline is tomorrow.

Important - You are from England so your application will be processed as an "English Applicant Deal" (abbreviated to EAD)

Therefore you must quote reference EAD in your application (put it in the thread title) or it will just get ignored.

GL !!

Nice it looks like he started creating a thread like 9 minutes ago. He must be adding a lot of detail.

Gl bro hope you get the job

And I suggest you do add the EAD thing too.

Good luck in your endeavours to become a Lock pro! The quoted post above is good advice btw, I forgot to quote that reference and as such got an e-mail saying I was refused.

I've seen your thread - It's looking good, but you need to add "Reference: EAD" to your application (see my above post)

Great man. The pay isnt that great when you first start its about $350,000 for a 5 year contract. But I also purchased stocks in my own SubWay and now I own two Subway stores and get all the free turkey subs I will ever want.
