secondly i am 23
thirdly, i actualy try not to bring up the fact that i dont eat meat... if someone wants to talk about it, i am open to, but i dont try to convert ppl and i dont want to be viewed as such, so i just avoid bringing it up

the truth is, i first dumpster dived with my family when we WERE homeless, but I was like 3 or 4 years old when we first did, and we have throughout my whole life.

Being brought up so poor, I think i have a greater appreciation for food/ saving money than most.

I still have family/neighbors back home who have a hard time getting enough food.

I'd actually like some advice from you on girls. If you've managed to get two dates to eat out of dumpsters with you you must have some pretty awesome skills with girls. Imagine all the girls you could pick up if you didn't eat out of dumpsters!

it is a myth that being vegan you dont/cant get enough protein, calcium etc.

You can, and I do.

The only thing that you can't get in a pure vegan diet is vitamin b12 which must be suplemented.

Also there are many vegan atheltes, especialy long distance runners.

Many of the top marathon runners are vegan/near vegan.

Also triathlon competitors are often vegan/near vegan.
