Was there any point in your poker career or business career you thought it wasn't for you?
Whats the most degen thing you have ever done?

Sorry if this is turning into a well thread
EDIT:

You're a cash player...def can still make bank and play less, esp HU. Your schedule is sick, and while a lot of us would like to achieve that, not many have the work ethic you do. I'm impressed and tell myself to get like this all the time (maybe not to same extent, but more than now). Can't imagine how great your life would be even more if you ate better food/exercised/etc on the regular. WP OP!

I also am SNE, find time to travel and play at least 500 hours of live a year, make time for partying/clubbing at least every other Friday and Saturday night, also do the get up every 4 to 6 hours thing a lot lately and somehow have tons of energy throughout almost every day and I like never get sick. Only huge difference is I never eat out unless it's fine dining and I eat a lot of high energy fruits, vegetables, nuts, and all natural/organic foods because I have an allergy to gluten (Celiac's disease). I'm done now and will let you continue, gl to you in everything, maybe I'll run into you at EPT Grand Final, I got the SNE upgrade at the Intercontinental.

Don't you feel tired after only 4-6 hours of sleep?
How do you motivate your self to play all those hands?

I have thought many times that poker was not for me. Actually probably 25% of the time over the past two years I've truly hated poker. It's one of the main reasons I don't quit my job.

If pokercast or pokerstatic wanted to interview me I would oblige.

Yes, I do feel tired... most of the time actually.

My motivation is the competition and the money. I love to compete and need to win at everything I do. It's somewhat of a character flaw but it's definitely the main driving force behind my volume. That and money.

I'm playing about 16 tables on average now. I played basically every 5/10 table running today across 3 sites. The past two years I 24 tabled though.

P.S. I'd love to know how many people are in the TRIPLE CROWN ELITE club. It can't be more than a few, at most.

very impressive! OP i was wondering how you transitioned from moving up stakes. you stated you 24tabled for the first 2 years. when you would move up in stakes, would you start with something like 4 tables to get used to the play? or jump right in to 24 tables? if you could shed some light on that it would be greatly appreciated! thanks

If you'd ever have to choose between work & poker, seriously, take the work. Having a great job is very valuable; money is overrated (especially dollars :]).
