So my mum lent me £15, the local pub did 2x £5 s&g's winner takes all scenario, 7 people in the first game 6 in the second.

The pub was nice, kronenbourg was quite expensive per pint, £3.15, so I could only afford 2 after borrowing a quid of my m8 who came with me. The pub was pretty empty, I'm guessing the poker on monday night was to pull in the punters.

Some serious lol poker, no PF raising, and lots of tuts and sighs when someone raised PF. Like 3rd hand in the game, dealt 23s in the CO so just limp it obv, everyone limps 1 fold. Flop comes A33. The guy on my right who folded shouts out "OH FOR ****S SAKE" so I know my 3 is good here. I bet the pot and get two callers. Turn is a brick. I go all in, 2 callers. River 4. Old man with 44 wins the pot, QQ mucks and im out the first game.

In the second game, my friend puts in a good size raise, I call with AQs, and the calling mega station calls obv. Flop was A22. My friend open pushes (not AK lol), I call, old man goes AI, I call. Friend flips over AJ, old man flips over 58 (no draws at all). I win the nice pot, so was pretty excited.

Second game 4 of us left, in blind wars the guy on my right calls every bet I make. Get dealt A9s, raise like 6x BB, SB calls obv, open shoves some crappy flop so have to fold. Next orbit get 88 in the BB, SB calls everyone else folds. I do a raise for 1/4 my stack, he calls. J53 rainbow, he bets pot I shove and he flips over J5.

The night was over so I went home had some cheese and biscuits. I couldn't sleep that night.

It's a pretty +EV game imo, I will go again next week for sure.

I went to a Pub Poker when I was away on an assignment and it was as ridiculous as that.

SnGs with 15BB stacks and blinds going up every 5 mins.

Oh and assignment =
