Chicken-playing aces just last night in what was supposed to be my last hand. UTG, quitting, wasn't going to post big blind in next hand ... last hand for sure and it's A-A in wild late night game. I got away with it and even picked off a river bluff, but I just wasn't going to lose a big pot with aces in the last hand.

Order an ice coffee at a Tim Horton's drive thru. Pay. Tell them you wanted an ice CAP. They'll switch it but won't charge you the 85 cents difference.

Profit: $0.85

Or $310.25 a year.
Freeroll in a tournament.
Rub profits on titties.

When checking out at the convenience store/grocery store/pharmacy, pay for your **** first, THEN ask for a bag. They won't want to ring in the cash register again for $0.05.

Order ice cappuccino at drive thru, pay and then ask for "a little bit" of chocolate syrup "on top". Mix yourself. They won't charge you the difference between the ice cap and an ice mocka.

Always round up your gas pump so it ends with .X2 or .X7. Pay cash. There are no pennies in Canada.

This, doesn't matter how rich you are, it always comes down to the principle

Being a life nit really helps your game believe it or not.

Try sleeping in the car or living off granola bars and free coffee milk for 2 days poker marathon. Try scamming Tim Hortons for $0.05 or $0.20 here and there. ****ing pan handle. You will appreciate the vaue of the dollar and stop chasing -EV cards, or get into pots OOP vs a 3bet just because you "beat most of his range". Fold that ATo OOP to a maniac's 3bet. He'll continue t try to push you around when you check raise him your top full house with 3 BI effective. Then at the end of the marathon you can treat yourself to a 5 star hotel, filet mignon steak and a tight hooker

no it doesn't. not even slightly. you'd play with scared money.

I like to think that after this many years of learning, game play and positive results, that no one in the whole world can beat me excepct myself. The thirst to see cards and action, the desire and curiosity to see what the turn card will be when holding 64ss on 7-8-A one spade, or just not to get bluffed off because I "waited so long" to make 2pairs+ and refuse to believe my opponent has to have that one hand that beats me.

No there is no scared money here. I'm way over-rolled for the 2/5 game (one I can beat consistently). All I need to keep doing is the same repetitive boring winning plays and winning game plan, playing the same (infrequent) right games and the dollars will flow.
