Today I bought a pizza-ghetti combo at a food court restaurant during my lunch break. I asked if my glass of Pepsi is refillable. The girl said yes. So after finishing meal and drink, I had it refilled. Then took it with me to my office. After finishing it, I had the empty glass sitting on my desk until the end of my shift. Which I then took back to the food court to fill up (for free obv). A man's gotta stay hydrated.

Not too long ago I pulled off what might be my greatest nit achievement. I used a comp for a food order to take out. I provided my comp and the order tally comes to $1. I was certain my comp covered the balance, as a nit how could I make that mistake. I think to myself, then explain, there's not supposed to be any tax for a comp right? Right, there is no tax, the total comes to $1. Ok, now I have to double check the menu, maybe somehow I misread the price after all. No, I had it right, my comp covers it. So how could I owe a dollar if my comp covers it and there's no tax? It's a take out order and there's a $1 convenience fee on take outs. Wtf? You're charging me a convenience fee when I'm providing you a convenience by getting out of your way and saving you a table clean up. So you're telling me if I take it to go it's $1, but if I eat here it's $0? That is correct sir. Ok then, I'll eat here. So seat myself at a table, receive my order, explain I won't be able to finish all this and ask for a to go container. Receive the container and without taking a bite, pack it up myself and leave. The ride home was one where you're amped up and turn the music higher and drive a little faster due to excitement. Even though this day I actually came off a losing session, the excitement came from getting around the $1 convenience fee. The only flaw in this story is that I didn't fully maximize the comp. It was an even $X.00 amount and the order was the $X.99 below and I lost out on the using that penny.

At the Sapphire strip club, I didn't want to pay $11 for a miniature bottle of water. I went into the bathroom and drank out of the sink.

Waiting for the "buy one get one free" deal to buy a bag of kaiser rolls for $2.99.

I'm a successful poker player and I've spent $75K on cars this year. But I won't pay an extra 3 dollars for bread if I don't have to.

The first time I ever played at Foxwoods I won $2400 in less than 3 hours playing PLO. Instead of staying at the MGM or a nice hotel nearby, I drove 20 minutes to the nearby city of Groton and stayed in the ****tiest motel possible---the Flagstaff---for ~$60. It smelled like dick cheese and my grandmother's snatch, but I turned on Pawnstars on the 90s era TV the room had and slept like a baby on a bed that undoubtedly had cum stains all over it.

$11 is pretty bad lol. That's like double the standard water at a professional sporting event or something.

I used to smuggle an 8€ vodka bottle into hockey games where beer cost about 6-7€. Poured it in a half empty soda cup and drank it at the stands during the game. You can't drink at the stands either since Finlands laws are quite peculiar about alcohol. Made for an awesome game. Actually im about to do this tomorrow as well. **** it.
