Can someone tell me why I'm so ****ing dumb? A few examples:
I 3bet with AKo from bb vs btn open, the villain calls and flop comes Q62 rainbow. I c-bet and the villain calls and I'm getting angry that I have to check the turn. The villain bets large and I have to fold and I'm tilted because I had to give up roughly 20bb.

I 3b with QQ on the button vs MP who's a nit and he 4 bets and I call instead of ****ing folding. Only hand I beat is AK/AKo. Flop comes T63 and the villain c-bets large and I call knowing that I'm up against AA and KK.

Today I had a hand where I 3b with TT on bb vs btn open, he called. Flop was 7h Js 2h and I c-bet, the villain calls. I check the turn and the villain bets POT. I'm tilted af and I called turn and river jam just to see what he has and he had AJo.

I just get really tilted, especially in 3 bet pots. I get tilted when I 4bet with AKo, I get called and I flop nothing. I know back in my head that the villain just has it but I just get tilted. Anyone has any advice?

Assuming it goes as expected, this thread oughta test out how well you handle tilt.

I just gave examples from bb, but it's from other positions too. I open from EP with aces for example, MP flat calls and btn flat calls as well and flop comes something like T97. People calling a lot and I have to play multiway with AK and I cant do anything about this because the board hit their range really hard and I have to play check fold. The worst thing is when you 3b with JJ for example and there's an ace on a flop. Yeah, it's great for my range but the villain called my 3b with A3o and there's 20bb gone. I lose 20bb in a couple spots like these and I lose a buy in without even noticing it. I know that it's nice to have people call with shitty hands but you have to run good as well to capitalize on that. A few days ago I was at the table with a whale who had 600bb. I open MP with KQo, CO 3bets me and btn cold 4bets and the whale COLD CALLS from SB. Flop comes 44K, now it's btn vs sb. SB checks, btn bets and sb raises and btn goes all in. Btn had AK, sb had T4o. It's nice to play against them but you have to run good to win against them.

In psychology of buddhism thread I would say if you want continue to play you can try replace it with wisdom and discipline (like sometime look at holdem manger if you are really losing at these spots, then adjust; like not to do that or do that).
