Do people ever still have to think about what to do to a shove after 6betting?

They deserve to get time called on after 5 seconds imo.

Stop hollywooding, this is a spot you don't come into without a plan.

Local at my casino who is ALWAYS there (said that in last 7 years he has only not been at the casino three days) wears headphones at the table and shuffles chips constantly, which is annoyingly loud--but he can't hear it, and yet when it's his turn to act there is always a delay. The last time I played with him he was doing this after having been up all night, so he kept falling asleep and had to be woken up when it was his turn to act.

Nit regs taking 1/2 far farrr too serious .

Nothing worse than heading down with few k for a splash and some beers only to have some angry ass scared money nit reg **** the table up with their incessant complaints and overzealous application of rules.

One of those guys who folds for hours without saying a word then complains about table chatter during hand.

Or he calls the pit because the blind drunk guy who's down 10bi took $5 off to tip a waitress all because he's still steaming about the 20bb pot he lost to the guy 3 hours ago.

People that verbally say "call" when limping in preflop.

People (and dealers) that treat Texas Hold'em the same as Bonus BlackJack or slots... "Five to play" or *looks at cards, tosses in red chip to limp*, *looks at cards, tosses in red chip to limp*,*looks at cards, tosses in red chip to limp*, *looks at cards, tosses in red chip to limp*. These limpers piss me off even more so in tournament when everyone is under 10bb and I'm looking to open shove my A-10 from the CO or BTN and yet another 10bb stack decides to limp in UTG with QJo, ****s up table dynamics, and often decides to call a shove anyways.

When there is a wait list and the new player at the table tosses his players card down and then disappears for 15, 20 minutes, comes back , buys the button and leaves again.

When someone makes a big bet making you fold a strong hand and when you ask him what he had or if it was a bluff, he replies with something cheesy like "I don't remember" or "I'm not sure". We're not in 2008 anymore ***. Just say you don't reveal hands and move on, douche.

Loud ass eater gets his food and starts smacking while he eats.

Then the coffee/tea sipper, who exaggerates the hotness of the drink... makes loud noise.

it's not that hard to eat/drink without making much noise

Don't ask people what they had.

They're just going to say something to piss you off or outright lie.

I show my cards in tournaments often. Usually strong hands. You generally don't want any calls unless you have the nuts in a tournament where the average stack is 12bb deep.

Only wanting to get stacks in when you have the nuts when you are 12bb deep is usually a solid strategy.

I do this sometimes, especially because chips stick together, or I'm looking for one dollar chips. It speeds the game up.

People that cut red chips in 10$ stacks when they are putting together a $40-50 call. I mean, really?

on that note, people that count out the exact amount when calling a shorter stack's all-in

just announce call, put a chip in and worry about it later. you might even actually win the pot!

People that talk about how they would have folded that nut flush draw to a raise after you have seen them get it in with far worse draws for 250BB's multiple times that night.

Old people that ask "how much does it cost to play?". They are serious. They are not doing math in their head or anything. They literally want to know the price of having the drug release in their brain from seeing that flop.
