I expounded about the treating customer part several times and she just kept repeating "Have a nice day sir" until I walked away.
This is where I would lose my **** and insta call for a manager. She sounds like a total **** with a bad attitude. I hate it when employees act all condescending and give attitude from a position of superiority.
Do you know who pays their salaries? The establishment.
Do you know who funds the establishment? The customers. Have some respect for the people who pay your bills.
I am siding with the customer here. She harassed him about HIS money and when he called her out on the way she talked to customers, she outright ignored him and told him to f*** off. No she did not tell him to "have a nice day", she told him to go eat **** and piss off. If she doesn't care about customer satisfaction then maybe she should be a chatter box when someone obviously just wants to cash his chips and go home.
I have only filed two official complains against employees (and their restaurant franchise) in my life and believe me, the girl this OP describes sounds nastier than any of the person I had to deal with. When he told her she shouldn't talk to customers in that way, he is clearly telling her she did something he is not happy about and she should just apologize and end it. No rub it in and tell him to f*** off.
Let me guess, government / state run casino?
