this annoys me the most.. i hate when my ****** friends do this in homegames also.. but in a casino it bothers me more

What I find pathetic: Tough guys like above that get irritated in the casino but are so weak they avoid showing it and don't dare to say anything about it while at the table.
Then when they return home they are suddenly the tough guys on Internet forums, writing about killing, beating up people, fighting, wishing death upon everyone and how everyone else except them is a ******.
While they are at the casino itself earlier they didn't even dare to tell the 70 year old granny that she shouldn't slowroll people, fearing she might say something back at them.

They truly believe this too. One time midway through a tourney, I get into it with one villain. I have KK (its a while ago so I don't remember exact details) Somehow I raise pre, he calls after limping OOP obv. He calls my all in after the flop comes 9Tx rainbow. Of course he shows KQ and J peels on the turn. Another fish at table says, "good call". I seriously wanted to rip his tounge out because he was totally serious. There was a laugh from elsewhere about the comment and he says, "well he won so it was a good call"

Lol why u ppl tilt when donks do donkish moves? Ur money comes from them. U should embrace the choir and say "good call" too, hoping they make the same call again and again.

Yeah, should always follow up with "how did you know?", "good read" etc.

I don't know if this is especially bad in Peru but people going to showdown and only showing 1 card. It seems like it happens here every other hand. It's like one guy saw it on ESPN and taught the rest of Peru this high roller move. It's spread like gonorrhea to every poker room. Even if I'm not in the hand I always speak up and remind the dealer they must show both cards just to be a douche.

Another move these ******s do is when all-in and asked to show cards they taking all ****ing day waiting for the other person to show first. Then they table their hand face up with only one card showing, slowly spreading them to reveal the bottom card. OH THE ****ING SUSPENSE!!!!

At local Casino, playing €1/€1 PLO, ~550BB's deep. I have the QQxx on a KQQ flop. All the monies gets in and villan has KKxx.

Turn K, but at end of hand somebody points out that the dealer had burned four cards not three? Floor is called, pot is chopped, I go slightly mental/life tiltish - make a fuss and get barred from said casino!

Was tilted for a month afterwards and still not allowed back to casino!!

Had a drunken chip-fight in a garden once. Two people ended up bleeding from the head and they leave really odd-looking bruises.

I was also like this, until in November of 2008 that is... I was playing at my local casino which sports a monte carlo board and a BBJ. I gave up my seat at the 4/8 limit game I was playing to go eat something as i don't like to eat and play. Can't enjoy the food (it just kinda grosses me out, and I think it is not very respectful to the rest of the table to be grubbing on fish and chips while touching all the poker chips and cards.

Anyway, I gotta give up my seat because I'm gonna be gone for more than 3 orbits. When I come back 25-30 minutes later, the BBJ was hit at my table (luckily the Hi/Lo wasn't my seat) but the table share ended up netting every other player at the table $3,800. I wanted to vomit I felt so sick to my stomach. From now on, I will always eat at a poker table.

What tilts me most about playing live/in casinos is f*ckin people chatting it up at the table. There will be 3 different conversations going on about lord knows what, and idiots dont know its on them to act, i rage and think of all the hands i could be playing online

Well... online and live play very differently. Not everyone at your 3/6 limit game is there to "build up a fat roll" like yourself. Its called socializing for some, people play poker for different reasons.

I've been playing in the casino for all of two weeks, but here's what I've noticed so far.

Sunglasses in 1/2 no limit games. Are you kidding me? 100 percent unnecessary, and unbelievably douche.

Body odor. I actually switched to a worse (much nittier) table last Friday night because I was getting tired of bathing in the stink of the douchetard next to me even though he was drunk, deepstacked and paying off everything. TAKE A ****ING SHOWER.

Old guys to whom $200 is a drop in the bucket blatantly buying pots with nothing, then getting up and leaving as soon as they build a stack that you thought you'd eventually be able to double through. The other day, the guy to my right was doing this, then asked me what time it was and said something like "whoa, past my bedtime," and left.

Political arguments.

Some people seem to think that the winner of the hand is determined by who shows down last. I hate those people.

It must have been said already but it's always amazing to me when some players get so pissed at me for straddling. They're so pissed that this drunk won't let them limp in for 1 bb with their 99s. True story, about 6 yrs ago at the Bike playing 100nl 5 players were so pissed at me for straddling that they called the floor and said since the majority of the table didn't want the straddle that I shouldn't be allowed to do it.

people who are superstitious in general tilt me.
they request washes thinking it will change something.
they go on and on about the seat theyre in as if it has some significance.
they say stupid **** like "sevens are hot tonight" or "this shooter is hot" in craps or "this machine is due to pay off" etc etc
they talk about "strategy" in games where there are no decisions to be made (ie craps and roulette)

other than that, people who are generally ignorant about things like EV and variance who have some way of influincing your life. my ex-gf's father said to me "poker is difficult to beat, and its difficult to beat it over the long term", basically telling me that i was only running hot over the last 500K hands of my career. obviously i have to bite my tongue and not tell him that he doesnt have a clue about anything ive spent the past 10 years of my life studying. of course as soon as im not in earshot im sure he's telling his daughter to dump my ass because im a degen. these are the same people who say things like "its risky" without knowing that "risk" can be quantified. they also say "but you could lose", apparently thinking i have my whole bankroll on the table. also i cant stand people who tout "quit while youre ahead" strategies, thinking theyve accomplished something by temporarily suspending their play.

I don't get it. You were losing the pot, but the ******ed overturn gave you half of the pot. Why were you tilting? Was there a BBJ ?

People that sing at tables. I dunno I mean some douchebags have friendly conversation trying to get reads and hide their own un-suspecting bluffs, but some people actually get the table in-sync with the already annoying background music in an attempt to mask their game. They are usually the nittiest players and their stack is never above 1.5x the original.
