i guess i can say this since others involved are already outting themselves as being involved in this.

i was asked by king fish to be a part of a project with him and sirius, and i have wanted to do something with sirius for a while so obv i said i'd do it. i mean the only time we've ever done anything "together" was the 50/50 thread and we did what we did completely independent of each other. i figured a collaboration could be fun, and it would be the first time i've ever done something on 2+2 planned instead of ad-libbed

granted, i don't have as much time as i'd like to give to this because i got a job so i'm really only involved in this in a supporting capacity but we've got some great ideas and i look forward to seeing what becomes of this

I admit I was very skeptical when he told me his idea, but a few PMs back and forth led to a phone conversation that lasted....about 2 hours!

I don't want to ruin anything or even overhype it until we are sure we can get all the pieces in place to make this happen. I've pledged both time and money (yes, money) to SS to help him get this thing going. There are a few other people who have agreed to help as well, and there will be one or two surprises.

If he can pull this thing off I think it will be well worth the time and effort. Would not be shocked at all if it gets hits beyond the 2p2 audience as well.

Thanks to those of you following us on Facebook and Twitter. We want to do everything we can to spread the word. I should note that Project MacGuffin is listed as a TV show on Facebook. That is not entirely accurate, but it's a close enough categorization.

We are just about finished with the first draft of the script. There will no doubt be future revisions and rewrites, of course. But we are about to move on to the next phase of development.
